Silence is Golden

Have you ever thought, how difficult is to get a moment of silence? Couple a weeks back, while talking to people after meditation, Mr. S told me and showed a video named ”Noise” by www.nooma.com.
This video is very interesting and it shows how difficult is to get silence in this modern day. It reflects where we are going.
“Silence is the language of GOD” – so why are we making noise? any ideas?
